Together, we work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need—driven by our belief that every life matters.

President – Jeanette
Jeanette leads our organisation with vision and compassion. She sets our strategic direction and works closely with the entire team to ensure Village Tails stays true to its mission.

Treasurer – Leonie
Leonie oversees all financial matters, ensuring transparency and accountability while making every donation count toward the care of our animals.

Secretary – Kerryn
Kerryn keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—handling communication, organisation, and operational logistics to support every arm of the charity.

Animal Coordinators – Kira & Jeanette
Kira and Jeanette are hands-on with every rescue, from intake and foster coordination to veterinary care and final adoption. Their knowledge and care guide each animal’s journey.

Fundraising – Paula
Paula leads our fundraising efforts, creating campaigns, building partnerships, and ensuring we have the support we need to keep saving lives.

Compliance – Catriona
Catriona ensures we meet all required regulations and ethical standards, allowing us to operate responsibly and continue earning the community’s trust.

Intake & Admin Team

Our Intake & Admin Team is the engine room of Village Tails. This dedicated group manages incoming rescues information, ensures all animal, carer, and volunteer records are accurately entered and updated in our system, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Their coordination allows us to respond quickly to new rescue needs, monitor each animal’s journey, and maintain up-to-date data to support our operations and reporting.
